Blake* (staff member) said “I think having non-normative staff really helps. I mean, the other 2 staff on the young group are quite visibly non-normative. We've got one who is a trans woman who's bald and doesn't care at all that she's bald, and is quite happy with that. And we've got one staff member who's non-binary, and is quite gender non-conforming in lots and lots of ways and that's quite celebratory.”
